It has come to the attention of the United Nations that the conditions in Somalia are almost irreparable. Some parts in the country of Somalia are in such a state of pandemonium and disorder. The United Nations has set up Crisis Groups to try to help Somalia. Areas in Somalia which are occupied heavily by pirates are a big menace. Piracy is definitely an issue that is hurting Somalia greatly. The United Nations is trying to repair this through these International Crisis Groups but is having great difficulty in doing so.
